- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any fields
- Minimum 10 years experience to lead Marketing Funding Team in banking / financial industry
Have good leadership and experiences in people management - Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solver and target oriented person
- Have experiences to conducting fund-raising customers
- Fluent in English
