Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in strategy development, performance planning and targeting area
- Having exposure in energy, mining services or logistic company
- Has an experience in big four public firm
- Has skills to give insight of corporate strategy and performance planning to ensure continues improvement
- Able to communicate in English, strong analytical thinking and good leadership skills
