• Minimum 10 years experiences in strategic role or senior executive position from similar industries such as engineering, construction, mining, etc
• Must have experiences working in big size company and familiar with multicultural environment or overseas working field
• Good technical skill in strategic management, overall business operation management, sales marketing, finance, profit and loss management, etc
• Excellent communication skills in English, good leadership skills, strategic thinking with deep analytical and strong business planning skills
